Media accreditation for the Arenacross World Tour 2025 is available to professional journalists, videographers and photographers who are working members of the media.

Applicants should be a journalist, videographer or photographer who is either employed full-time or engaged as a contractor/freelancer for a television station or network, radio station or network, magazine, newspaper, website, podcast or other that is reputable entity that regularly covers news and sport and intends to cover Arenacross.

An application can be made for individual Tour stops or the full Championship. Media accreditation is granted at the sole discretion of ASL Active and is dependent on the outlined regulations being followed and may be revoked at any time without notice.

To apply for media accreditation, please fill out this form (please note that completion of the form does not guarantee that media accreditation will be granted). By filling out this form, you agree that:

• I agree to act in accordance with the instructions of any official of the event.
• I will inform the organisers immediately should any change in my condition occur, which I have reason to or ought to have reason to believe would affect my ability to carry out my duties.
• Insofar as my duties require it, I have familiarised myself with the course/track/circuit and the facilities thereof and declare my acceptance for the purpose of my duties.
• I have read and understood The Auto Cycle Union Ltd Data Protection Policy and I consent to the collection and retention of my personal information by the ACU.
• I hold Legal Liability insurance with a limit of indemnity of not less than £2,000,000 for any one accident, unlimited in all, and will produce a copy of my insurance if requested to do so by the Organiser.
• I shall not seek to claim against the ACU the organisers, nor their officials, the landowners, the promoter or other bodies or individuals connected with the event in respect of any damage to my property howsoever caused, whether by the negligence or breach of statutory duty of the said bodies or persons.
• I confirm that I am not on the sex offenders register or under any safeguarding investigations and am not restricted from working with children.
