A state-of-the-art 48,000m2 multipurpose venue in Aberdeen. P&J Live is Scotland’s biggest entertainment venue and the UK’s most sustainable venue. Offering greater capacities at a location with improved transport links and within a short drive from Aberdeen International Airport and the city centre, the new venue has been designed to provide the city of Aberdeen and visitors with a range of flexible spaces for a diverse range of events. The venue has 48,000m2 of internal event space, which consists of 33,000m2 of subterranean space; a 6,000m2 hall, further divisible into three 2,000m2 spaces; a 9,000m2 arena; and conference and banqueting facilities. If you are parking on-site there are various methods to pay for your parking:
Scan & Pay: Look out for signs in the car park and scan the QR code with your mobile device (mobile camera) for a quick and convenient way to pay for your parking.
On-site payment machines: The site accepts both cash and card payments. Pay on exit is required by entering your vehicle registration at any one of the machines located in the car parks. Please note that payment machines only take coins, not notes.
APCOA Connect App: Up to 24 hours after you have left the venue, you can pay for your parking on the APCOA Connect App. Once you have downloaded the app, use location code 6680 for the Sub-T Car Park (underground) and location code 2356 for the Surface Car Park.
You can also pay for parking via the APCOA website here. Click which car park you parked in, and then you will be able to pay for parking.
Extensive bicycle parking is free of charge for both the surface and sub-t car parks.
If you are dropping off or picking someone up from an event, please note that the maximum wait time in the car parks is 20 minutes. Parking charges will apply if your car is within the car park for more than 20 minutes. This also applies if you cannot find a space. You will not be charged if you exit the car park within 20 minutes.
P&J Live is conveniently situated for motorists, about 6 miles north-west of the city centre, and easily reached from the A96 Aberdeen-Inverness road. Getting to P&J Live has never been easier, the southern section of the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route is now open, and the Arena is positioned just a few minutes from it. Please enter via Dyce Drive or A96 if travelling southbound, as other entry points are bus gates only. You may exit via all three exits, at the A96, Dyce Drive and Wellheads Drive.
BUS
Stagecoach standard services will run through the event complex daily. For specific events, the PJ1 by Stagecoach will also serve P&J Live, and the Jet 727 runs daily.
TRAIN
P&J Live is just 1.5 miles from Dyce Train Station, which offers regular connections north and south for event visitors travelling by rail.
AIR
P&J Live is just 1.5 miles from Aberdeen International Airport, the UK’s most regionally connected airport. It operates 22 flights daily from London and over 40 connections worldwide.
WALK
P&J Live is only 1.5 miles (15-minute walk) from Aberdeen International Airport and Dyce Train Station, and many paths surround the complex.
